After the Convention, we will email a Contact List with all preregistered members (with their name, city, state, and email address) to the members who attended. Please indicate YES if you'd like to be included on this list, NO if you don't.

Dorm lodging is available as a four-night package for members attending the Convention (single or double/multi-occupancy) for the nights of Wednesday, July 5 thru Saturday, July 8. Choose Standard Dorm or South Hall Apartment Dorm (see the “Lodging & Meals” page of our website for details). You may stay an additional night (Sunday, July 9) if desired. We do not assign roommates in the Standard Dorms. South Hall availability is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please check any boxes below that apply:
Check South Hall sharing if you signed up for a single in South Hall, but would be willing to share a quad suite with another member if we run out of singles. You’ll still have your own private bedroom and bath.
Check RV Parking if you would like to reserve parking space for your RV on campus. No hookups and space is limited.
Check ADA/dietary needs if you require special assistance related to the Americans with Disabilities Act and/or have special dietary needs. Please explain in the Comments section below.
Check Roommate if you have made plans to share a room with a friend who is registering separately. Please register on the same day, if possible. A box will appear so you can name your roommate below.
