Shipping items to and from the Convention

You can ship your exhibition items (instruments, wood, products, etc.) directly to our Convention site (Pacific Lutheran University) at no additional charge. Items for our Benefit Auction must be sent to the GAL Office (See our Benefit Auction page.)

Any items you ship need to arrive by Monday, July 3 to insure delivery to the exhibition area by the beginning of the Convention.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO HAVE A PALLET DELIVERED, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE.

If you are planning to ship large quantities or bulky items, please let us know in advance.

We will have a shipping service on site on Saturday evening and Sunday morning to help you ship your items home (exhibit items and auction purchases). We are happy to be working with a local family business, The Mail Room, to handle our return shipping this year.
