REGISTRATION

Registration is required to attend. Registration will be open in April.
Fees will be similar to our last convention in 2017 and will be listed here soon.

Luthiers, lutherie suppliers, and all other interested individuals are welcome to attend. Members and their guests must register to attend the convention. If you are not a member, you can join when you register. You must register before the deadline in order to exhibit or stay on campus. You can register at the door if you just want to attend the convention (but not to exhibit or stay in the dorms). We offer a single-day registration option, but if you plan to attend more than one day, you must pay the full registration fee. The exhibition is open to everyone on the afternoon of Saturday, July 8 without registration.

REGISTRATION FEES allow you to attend all convention lectures, workshops, exhibitions, concerts, and auctions. Members who register before the deadline may exhibit their instruments at no additional cost. One 6 ft. table will be provided for each exhibit. Suppliers can exhibit at a higher fee which includes registration for one person and one table. Suppliers may purchase up to two additional tables. Instrument exhibits that include the sale of supplies or services pay the higher supplier exhibition fee. For exceptions, lutherie school group rates, and scholarships, contact Deb via our website contact form. A limited number of scholarships are available for registration fees, based on need. Use the contact form to request a scholarship application.

GUEST REGISTRATION FEES cover attendance at all events for the nonmember guest(s) of a registered member, limit one guest per member at the lower guest fee. If your guests are members of your family, the limit does not apply. Children ages 12 and under are free; youth ages 13–17 are half price.

DORM LODGING packages include four nights lodging (Wednesday through Saturday nights), in either standard dorms or South Hall apartment dorms (double/multi or single occupancy). Linens are provided. South Hall has kitchenettes (bring utensils and supplies), but there are no kitchen facilities in the regular dorms. An additional night lodging can be added on Sunday night if desired. See more info on our Lodging and Meals page.

ON CAMPUS MEALS can be purchased a la carte with cash or credit card in the conveniently located University Commons.

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION fees are an option if you can only attend one day. If you plan to attend more than one day, you pay the full registration fee. Fees for Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday are lower since they are either part days or have free exhibition. Thursday and Friday are full days so the fee is higher.
