Shipping Items to and from the Convention

You can ship your exhibition items (instruments, wood, etc) directly to the convention site (PLU) at no additional charge. Items for our Benefit Auction must be sent to Guild HQ. (See our Benefit Auction page.)

Any items you ship need to arrive by Monday, July 17 to insure delivery to the exhibition site by the beginning of the convention.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO HAVE A PALLET DELIVERED, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE.

If you are planning to ship large quantities or bulky items, please let us know in advance, as storage space is limited.

There will be a shipper on site on Saturday evening and Sunday morning to ship items back home.
