REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Luthiers, lutherie suppliers, instrument dealers, and all other interested individuals are invited to attend. Members and their guests must register to attend the convention. If you are not a member, you can join when you register. You must register before the deadline in order to exhibit or stay on campus. Or you can register at the door just to attend the convention. We offer a single-day only registration option (but if you plan to attend more than one day, you must pay the full registration fee). The exhibition is open and free to everyone on Saturday, July 22.

REGISTRATION FEES
allow you to attend all convention lectures, workshops, exhibitions, concerts, and auction. Members who register before the deadline may exhibit their instruments at no additional cost. One 6 ft. table will be provided for each exhibit. Suppliers can exhibit at a higher fee which includes registration for one person and one table. Suppliers may purchase up to two additional tables. Instrument exhibits that include the sale of supplies or services (such as schools) pay the higher supplier exhibition fee (with a few exceptions — ask Deb).

GUEST REGISTRATION FEE
covers attendance at all events for the nonmember guest(s) of a registered member. We limit guests to one per member at the lower guest fee. If your guests are members of your family, the limit does not apply. Children 12 and under are free, ages 13–17 are half price.

DORM LODGING
package includes four nights lodging (Wednesday through Saturday nights), in either standard dorms or South Hall apartment dorms (double/multi or single occupancy). Linens are provided. South Hall has kitchenettes (bring utensils and supplies), but there are no kitchen facilities in the regular dorms.

NEW FOR 2017 — NO MEAL CARDS! We will not be offering prepaid meal cards. On-campus meals can be purchased on a cash basis instead of the PLU cards. This will give members more options and avoid having nonrefundable cash left on cards.

CHANGES TO SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION. We've changed the way we charge for single-day registration. Fees for Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday are lower since they are part days or have free exhibition. Thursday and Friday are full days so the fee is higher. Single-day fees are for one day only: if you plan to attend more than one day you pay the full registration fee.

TO REGISTER
PLEASE READ REGISTRATION INFO BEFORE YOU REGISTER.

Online registration is open. There are three options to register:
1) Register online with payment: Use FORM 1 with online payment if you are ready to pay now with your credit card or PayPal account. (WA State residents see below.)

2) Register online with separate payment: Use FORM 2 (check back soon) if you want to send registration info now and either be billed via PayPal invoice (for credit card payment via PayPal) or mail a check or money order. (Outside the USA: If you send a money order it must be in US Dollars drawn on a US bank.)

3) Paper option: Print out this pdf form (or use the one included with AL #129) and mail with your check or money order.

*Washington State residents: Due to the limitations of the system we are using, it automatically (but incorrectly) adds sales tax to your registration. You can use FORM 1 and we will promptly refund the tax. Or if you prefer, use FORM 2 (check back soon) to send registration info only. We will then send you a PayPal invoice (to pay via credit card), or you can mail us a check or money order.

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE BOTH YOUR FORM AND PAYMENT.
You will receive an email from the Guild confirming that you have completed the registration process when we’ve received both your form and payment. Check your spam filter if you haven’t received our confirmation within a week of registering online (allow more time if using snail mail). If you have questions about your registration, email Deb: galdo “at” luth.org

Sorry, we can’t register you over the phone.

All dorm lodging registrations must be made by the deadlines above. We will not offer lodging reservations after the deadlines or at the door.

TO REGISTER FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, YOU MUST EITHER HAVE A GUEST OR NAME A ROOMMATE THAT YOU ARE SHARING A ROOM WITH. WE DO NOT ASSIGN ROOMMATES IN STANDARD DORMS.

Exhibition table space plentiful but limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to include everyone.

If you are not exhibiting and not staying on campus, we still encourage you to register well before the deadlines, as it helps us put on a better convention and you’ll get more info after you register.

If you have missed the deadlines, you may still register at the door to attend (but not to stay on campus or exhibit).
