Luthiers, lutherie suppliers, instrument dealers, and all other interested individuals are invited to attend. Members and their guests must register to attend the convention. If you are not a member, you can join when you register. You must register before the deadline in order to exhibit or stay on campus. Or you can register at the door just to attend the convention. We offer a single-day only registration option (but if you plan to attend more than one day, you must pay the full registration fee). The exhibition is open and free to everyone on Saturday, July 22.
REGISTRATION FEES allow you to attend all convention lectures, workshops, exhibitions, concerts, and auction. Members who register before the deadline may exhibit their instruments at no additional cost. One 6 ft. table will be provided for each exhibit. Suppliers can exhibit at a higher fee which includes registration for one person and one table. Suppliers may purchase up to two additional tables. Instrument exhibits that include the sale of supplies or services (such as schools) pay the higher supplier exhibition fee (with a few exceptions — ask Deb).
GUEST REGISTRATION FEE covers attendance at all events for the nonmember guest(s) of a registered member. We limit guests to one per member at the lower guest fee. If your guests are members of your family, the limit does not apply. Children 12 and under are free, ages 13–17 are half price.
DORM LODGING package includes four nights lodging (Wednesday through Saturday nights), in either standard dorms or South Hall apartment dorms (double/multi or single occupancy). Linens are provided. South Hall has kitchenettes (bring utensils and supplies), but there are no kitchen facilities in the regular dorms.
NEW FOR 2017 —
NO MEAL CARDS! We will not be offering prepaid meal cards. On-campus meals can be purchased on a cash basis instead of the PLU cards. This will give members more options and avoid having nonrefundable cash left on cards.
CHANGES TO SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION. We've changed the way we charge for single-day registration. Fees for Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday are lower since they are part days or have free exhibition. Thursday and Friday are full days so the fee is higher. Single-day fees are for one day only: if you plan to attend more than one day you pay the full registration fee.

Nonmember Guest Registration (w/ registered member): $120
Child Registration: 0–12 years — no charge; 13–17 years — $60

Thursday or Friday: Member — $140; Guest — $70
Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday: Member — $70; Guest — $35
Nonmember registration is double above rates (so just join already). Only members can exhibit.
